当您需要预订多间客房时，须提供不少于所预订客房数量的实际入住人的信息，入住人姓名需要不同， 以方便预订确认。请不要为同一位入住人在同一入住日期，预订两间或更多的酒店客房。
您所提出的特殊要求我们会及时地反馈给酒店并为您进行协调，但能否实现需要视酒店的实际情况而定，对于部分要求酒店会有可能加收相应费用。我们也会及时将酒店确认的情况反馈给您。
提交订单后，在接到中国旅游服务网按您所留下的联系方式发给您确认信息后，表示您的预订成功，已经为您在您所选择的酒店订到房间。
在您填写预订单时，务必要留下准确的联系方式：座机电话、传真、手机号码或电子邮件地址，以便于中国旅游服务网与您联系酒店预订的相关事宜。
“酒店等级”、“中国旅游服务网用户评分”信息仅作为参考。
通常情况下，酒店的最早入住时间为14：00，最晚离店时间为正午12：00。如提前入住或推迟离店，酒店一般会加收一定的费用。
请在您填写预订单时，注明最晚到酒店时间。如未提出特殊的到达时间要求，酒店会将您预订的房间保留至入住日的18:00，过时将不予保留。
部分酒店有规定，如您计划的最晚到达时间超过酒店设定的时间，须提供信用卡做担保（预定国际酒店均需信用卡担保）。
如您在入住前或在入住期间需要延长住宿时间，请及时通知中国旅游服务网，以帮您进行确认。如未通知中国旅游服务网，且与酒店发生价格分歧，中国旅游服务网将不负任何责任。
如您因行程变化取消了酒店订单，但之后再次需要预订时，价格将有可能会变更，请以最新价格为准。新产生的订单中国旅游服务网也需要重新向酒店确认并通知您。
如您已经预订的酒店不能及时入住，请提前通知中国旅游服务网，否则不能得到本次预订的积分，并且还将扣除本次订单相应的积分数。
